Girlhood is a private community for women building careers they're proud of. We're keeping it curated on purpose so the space stays useful, honest, and safe.

You'll love Girlhood if:

• You have real work experience and you're actively building your next chapter. Whether that's growth in your role, leadership, consulting, freelancing, starting something, or a portfolio career.
• You're here with intention. You don't need to be online all the time, but you do want to participate, ask, share, and grow.
• You're generous with what you know. You don't have to be an expert. You just have to be willing to help others when you can.

Membership fee

We're launching paid memberships in May. Until then, we're onboarding our founding members. There's never been a better time to join!

Founding members who join before May get lifetime free access.

Starting in May, Girlhood membership will be €5/month (about the price of one matcha 🍵).

We plan to introduce a membership fee so that our community can stay sustainable and genuinely high-quality. Your contribution helps cover the tools and behind-the-scenes work it takes to run Girlhood well, and allows us to pay speakers and content contributors for workshops, sessions, and resources.

The value usually shows up fast. One good introduction, one honest piece of feedback, or one conversation with the right woman can change your entire year.

Trust and safety

We verify identity through LinkedIn, a website, or another public profile. If you don't have one, that's okay. We'll reach out to you and verify in a different way.

Girlhood is built on trust, respect, and privacy. To keep this space safe for everyone, we take our Code of Conduct seriously. If we see behavior that goes against our values or makes the community feel unsafe, competitive, or disrespectful, we'll address it directly. In cases where the behavior continues or is severe, we will remove access from the community.

We also ask that all members respect confidentiality. What's shared in Girlhood stays in Girlhood. No screenshots, no forwarding conversations, no sharing member information outside the community without permission.

Girlhood is not for

People joining mainly to pitch, sell, or recruit. Drive-by self-promotion without showing up for the community. Anyone who can't respect privacy or keep things confidential. Anyone who makes the space feel unsafe, competitive, or disrespectful.
